DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
UK Mainland Delivery
All orders will be dispatched through ‘Parcelforce 24’ or 'DPD Next Day' as standard. Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) before 2.30pm GMT will be despatched the same day. If you place your order after this time, we will try our best to still dispatch it the same day, however we cannot guarantee this, therefore we urge you to order before the cut off time.
This service is a next working day delivery and you will be sent tracking information to the mobile number you provided in your account. Delivery charges include a full box (up to 25kg, 60cm x 60cm x 60cm). If your order exceeds this, we will charge you for an additional box.
Although the service is a next day service, this is for guidance purposes only as on rare occasion it may take longer due to issues with the courier company. If this occurs, we are not liable to issue refunds on shipping charges as we do not get reimbursed by Parcelforce/DPD. Likewise, we are not liable for any loss of trade as a result of the goods not arriving on time.

Free Store Collection
If you select our free store collection option, please write in the order comments what day/time you will come to collect.

Collection times are during normal working hours, but please contact us before you plan to collect so we can keep it ready for you.
Items for collection will be packed in heavy duty bags, if you would like us to keep them hanged instead, then please write it in the order comments.
We offer international delivery to most countries. They are also sent out via Parcelforce using their Euro Priority service, which aims to delivery in two to three working days. Once again, we cannot guarantee this timeframe and we are not liable for delays.
The prices will update based on your country. Once again, the prices stated for one box, if your order exceeds this, then we will contact you for the additional box charge.
If your country is not on our list, please contact us for a quotation.
We are happy for you to arrange your own courier. Just select ‘Free Store Collection’ at checkout, and in the order comments write the details of the courier, and what day/time they will come to collect.
Please note that we will take no liability for your own courier arrangements.
In the rare occasion that your goods are faulty or not as ordered, please email us at email@example.com or send us a message on WhatsApp. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery of your order.
Goods must be returned to us within 10 Working Days alongside all labels and packaging. Once it has been checked by our team, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, or credit your account, whichever is more convenient.
We are not liable for any return postage costs, however you can drop it into our warehouse free of charge during working hours.
If the faulty item is part of a pack, we will only reimburse the items that are faulty within that pack. We are unable to give replacements for packed items, but for non-pack items, we can replace it if we still have stock.
We cannot issue refunds due to information errors listed on our website as these are for guidance purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow our returns policy and final discretion is upon management staff.
