RETURNS POLICY
In the rare occasion that your goods are faulty or not as ordered, please email us at sales@g7clothing.com or send us a message on WhatsApp. You must notify us within 48 hours of placing your order.
Goods must be returned to us within 10 Working Days alongside all labels and packaging. Once it has been checked by our team, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, or credit your account, whichever is more convenient.
We are not liable for any return postage costs, however you can drop it into our warehouse free of charge during working hours.
If the faulty item is part of a pack, we will only reimburse the items that are faulty within that pack. We are unable to give replacements for packed items, but for non-pack items, we can replace it if we still have stock.
We cannot issue refunds due to information errors listed on our website as these are for guidance purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow our returns policy and final discretion is upon management staff.
